Why can you not get players from this club on bosman. Want to get Willian since his contract has expired but he wont leave the club, what should i do? And will i even get a work permit for him?

Not every nation uses the bosman ruling, and I believe the Ukraine might be one of them.

i get that too, some shaktar players are without contract for more then 4 years...

Bosman only effects teams in the EU.

All other Nations fall into FIFA Transfer laws.
