It's a funny point mentioned above about valuations rising above the release clause. I guess it's there for the AI or something, the reason for my thinking this being that if my players have min release clauses and an AI club bids on them it's not uncommon that you can negotiate them above the release clause providing their initial bid wasn't already. That should probably be fixed I guess, doesn't take a rocket scientist, let alone a rocket scientist managing a football club, to realise when they could and probably should be bidding at the selling price and not above
