Default Most number of times managed a team in a single game?

In my long term game I am Sunderland and I am into my 4th stint over a period 15 seasons.

First time I was sacked after nearly relegating them in season 1.

I then went to Wigan and after winning the League Cup and qualifing for Europe

I decided to re-apply for the Sunderland job as they had just been relegated and I was succesful. I got them back into the Prem and the FA came knocking on my door for the England Job.

After crashing out of the 2012 European Championships at the Group Stage I was sacked.

I declared my interest in the Sunderland job again as there current manager was under pressure. the board immediately sacked him and offered me the job again. I after a three of more seasons @ Sunderland I finished in the top six twice and did quite well in the Uefa Cup but I felt it was time to move to a sunnier climate.

Off to Spain next for Valencia in my first season there I reached the final of the Uefa cup only to be beaten 1-0 by Everton. The following season I finshed 4th and was knocked out of the Uefa at the 1st knockout stage and I was sacked. After a season out Colin Calderwood left Sunderland for the Scotland job in 2018. At this time Sunderland were an established mid table team Similar to Newcastle now will a nice Stadium lots of Money but little to show and I thought it was my duty to return and bring a trophy to Wearside. After applying I was again awarded the job with a bag full of cash but an average squad.

4 times!? They must really like you. I only ever returned to my team once, in FM07. I won treble with Blackburn and moved to Milan which bored me silly after spending loads of money and winning everything. In that time the new Blackburn manager had managed to sell most of the best players and replace them with rubbish. They finished something like 11th and 12th, so I went back to make them good again... i did

In my current career game, I've managed Aberdeen twice, NAC Breda twice and Man City four times.

I started with Aberdeen, and won the league, but got minced in eurorpe, so felt I'd achieved all I could. I applied for all premiership jobs, and Man city were the first team to accept me. I took them into the UEFA cup, and then had a horrific relegation battling season, and jumped ship before I was pushed to PSV.

I was disspointed to discover that PSV wasn't te big tham I thought they would be, and quickly returned to Aberdeen. After another league win, I moved to Newcastle, where I won my first piece of silverware in England. I moved to Chelsea, but didn't relly enjoy it, and couldn't resist the temptation to team up again with my old players at Man City.

I managed to brig them up to regular 2nd places, but couldn't break the Arsenal domination of the period. I moved to Lazio, and learned to win in the league and europe. Then I returned to Man City and put this knowledge to use.

I decided to try out some lower league management with Rugby Utd, but missed my old squad at City. I briefly hopped between Everton and Arsenal while I was waiting for the Man City job to coe up, and had great sucess when it did.

As I'd never won anything in Holland, I moved to NAC Breda. I won the league in my first season, but was sacked while fighting relegation in the second.

I achieved suces with Ajax, Bari and Brentford, before returning to NAC Breda to show them they were wrong.

After a much slower build up, I won domestically and in Europe with NAC.

The Aberdeen job came up again, and I applied for it, but they gave it to one of my regen centre forwards from the City days.

Can you do that - how old is your manager, he must be 80+ by now does it not force you to retire?

That sounds like a great save.

It was odd that.

I don't think it forces you to retire, but I had a wierd crash bug, that the only workaround to, was to retire him and create a new manager (he was in his 60's, so it seemed realistic and I didn't care)

My second manager, Nick Hamill Jr, started his career in 2038 (First spell at NAC Breda).

It feels like I'm creating a dynasty.

I've actually only ever managed the same club once in the same save. But this save has seen me lead Arsenal for 7 and a bit year and Valencia for half a year, at some stage I'm going to Italy and Scotland (other leagues I've loaded) and I'm going to try to get back to Arsenal some time.

about 5.

But, It was England.

I became manager, then resigned, they offered me my job back instantly, and i took it. That happened once more a few years later, i resigned, and then when the next manager after i resigned second time got sacked, i took the job agin.
