where how what when. skins?

i'm bored of looking at the same old thing, where do iget a cool skin, whats the best one, how do i run it / open it??

Download it from somewhere like sortitoutsi.net (if it's working), then put it in: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\skins

Personally, I like the Hellenic skin, but the Turstyle skin is also rather good.
