On the left hand side you should see a hand with a finger pointing out. The seventh icon down on PS7.

As for cutting, try using tutorials or use pre-cut renders try the resources forum

it was aimed at people who know what they're doing, thats why. id do in-depth, but i dont have enough times

and the person who circled areas, those parts are c4d's on different blending settigns eg. linear dodge
