Basically, I took a lower level team, renamed it, relocated it, edited the (few) current players on it, and added quite a few others via the editor, mostly friends and such, and for some of them I have some pics I'd like to put in.

I moved the team to Conference North, so what I was wondering is if to add player pics to these newly created players, do all I have to do is create a file structure similar to the existing one, for example, /data/graphics/pictures/players/eng/conference north/my team and then a bunch of first_last.png files for each player (using the name they have in the database), and then a config.xml file for the folder, also?

What about players with nicknames? A few people I put in there, I gave them nicknames, so do I still use first_last, or the nickname?

Just kinda curious, as I'd love to get some custom pics on "my" team.

You need the unique player IDs, not the name. Whatever you call the files, it's unimportant. Basically, follow this template...

In this case, clichy.png is the name of the image file, and Gael Clichy's unique player ID is 919860. What this does is record the instance of clichy.png into the game and display it under whoever has the ID 919860. You could call the file areallygoodleftback.png, and it wouldn't matter, as long as you've got from="[file name without the extension]".
