For CM 0102 it's possible, so why not?

I think you should edit the fm.exe, a lot of work!

Only way you can get something similar is to load the finnish league on basic with each game and set the start date to April 06 and Holiday until the date you want to start at...

Only using Tapani's patch which can causes crashes and is a bit unstable and not supported by SI.

Simply cannot be done in FM.
