Default LNC file Command List?
Does anyone know where i could find a list of available commands for the LNC files?

For example, my editor sometimes changes the nation of clubs i created for no reason, from Cyprus to Uganda, and it's annoying to go through 64 clubs to make sure they are still from Cyprus. Is there a command like CLUB_NATION_CHANGE or something similar that i can use to make sure these clubs stay in Cyprus?

nope there is none.

Clubs will only change nation when swapped into a league of that nation, e.g. you swap celtic with Liverpool, then liverpool will become scottish and celtic will become english.
