Hi everybody.

I tried to find this but couldn't find it.

When on the editor a player has a PA of [-9] does this mean he will develope into a player with a CA of 190?

I mean, is it better to put on a young player a value of -10 rather then 200 on his PA value?

i think that a minus number generates a random number between set positive values. e.g. -10 could make a number between 180-200(i think)

yeah I can't find the link right now, no time, but -10 is 170-200, I think -9 is 150-180. It is possible for a -9 to be better than a -10
