Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Couple of questions.

I hope you won't find these hard to answer, although they were bothering me for quite a while.

1. About Crossing and Through Balls. It seems I don't quite well understand how both Crossing and Through Balls work when it comes to some details. Is there any benefit to set wide players to have through balls on often? If I'm playing fast counter-attacking game and I want ball to reach strikers, should I set crossing to rare?

2. About Assistant Manager. Because I don't do the team talks myself, I tend to look for high Motivation. Also, I look for high Tactical Knowledge, as he is dealing with the games of youth and reserve teams. Two things that I would like to know: what does Man Management stand for (does Assistant Manager need it?) and does Working With Youngsters stand only for coaching matters, or is it also a plus for assistant?
