right now it seems to me that match is influenced by wrong things and at too much intensety. instead of player ability, squad atmosphere. not to mention how much ability AI's got to change tactics in the match...totaly not realistic.

Well, I would say right now factors you mentioned have more than enough influence. I almost never change my tactic, use mostly global instructions, but almost always use opposition instructions. Overall I am satisfied with my team performance, individual performance, etc, though there is always room for improvement and I try to tune up my tactic here and there, but it's mostly cosmetics. However, from time to time I use team talks wrong (btw, it seems that my assistant is the major enemy

- whenever I try to follow his suggestion nothing good happens) and it seems to have huge influence on my team. Sometimes I make a substitution after 20-25 minutes only because I see a player is not doing his job as usual (have no idea why though and his rating is still 6-7...), and the whole team suddenly plays much better. Only a couple times I observed AI tactical changes that had impact on the match and I had to react, but I have seen quite a few times when my players stopped performing after first half following my "pleased" team talk (btw., still don't understand why I can "encourage" if it's 1 goal lead or tie but cannot if it's 2 or more goals lead???). Media interaction is suppose to be great tool but it seems better to ignore them because the same comment can have different effect on different players and even if I try to make notes and use comments to motivate those players whom I am going to use, it turns out some others are fired up and get red card even though there is no "player reacted" indicator. So, all these important aspects are there, they just quite messed up. Once you spend some time figuring out strong and weak parts of your squad tactic is relatively straightforward.
Imo most people who have problems with the game try to make Hull play like Arsenal because they like Arsenal's style. Plus they leave team talk to ass man who often does not do a job, change a half of their squad in the first window, forgetting that a few players also just joined team, etc. A simple example that happened to me twice on demo - the second time I repeated this mistake intentionally - wanted to see the first time was just random - it was not. If you manage a weak or average team bringing in an experienced (but not old) player who is by mile better than the best player in your squad is very bad idea. Not only does he perform below expectations, other players morale also drops. As a result you have a "star" who has a high salary, huge bonus but does not do anything even close to repay. On the other hand, bringing in a player who is just a little bit better than current squad improves the whole squad. Isn't it an example how squad atmosphere affects the game?
