I need to know if Leto is worth signing. I can get him on a free, but he's demanding $82,000/week in wages, a UK 1.7M bonus, and high appearance fees, etc. It won't bankrupt me, but it's a big chunk of my available wage budget.

I'm in my 4th year with Leeds, expected to qualify for Europe, and my starting left winger, Helder Barbosa, just got injured for 6 months. I have Lucas Trecharichi, but even though he's played well in preseason he doesn't look ready for 1st team duties. I also have Piatti who could be trained to play there, but I'd probably rather have a natural winger.

So, how is Leto in your experience? Is he worth those kinds of wages.

In my experience definately not. Ive never managed to have much success with him at liverpool. Though if hes on a free it might be worth a gamble. If hes not much use u shud always be able to sell him on and make a profit.

I have just been looking at him actually in view of signing him.

He was pants in the Uk but moved to Osasuna in Spain and is now averaging 7.34 and has a stack of assists.

I would not give him £82k a week though!

ive got him on my leeds save, and got him on a free at the same time. he wanted quite high wages but i took the gamble. So far he has been awesome in a 442 with settings set the direct fottball, wide and focus passing down both sides. i would highly recommend him and after a few games he got called into the argentina squad but hasnt played yet.

Nah not worth taking a big bite out of your budget for a player of his quality.
