ok so i just finished 4th first season with west ham and i have clubs sniffing around stancu so im gonna sell him as i have got lulinha coming in 2 months time how much is the minimum i should accept for him?/ also i have been offered 5mil plus 25% sell on for parker and i have a developing banega who is first team so should i sell parker?

Sell Stancu only if you get a ridiculously good offer. Dont know what would be a good one though.

And yeah, sell Parker. Although I'd try to knock the price up even if its by 1M more and get rid of the sell on fee. Wont be much good if he's 28-29.

Sell Parker, Sell Stancu for about 15-20M if you are going to sell him mate.

Don't sell Stancu. He can become one of the best strikers on the game! I've got him at Man City and he's finished season 2 as top scorer. Played 53 (3) scored 44
