Hey I have just started a new game with Arsenal and was wondering what the best and quickest way is to get walcott up to his top potential. I had him on FM07 when he was in his mid-20s and he was great (40 goals in 20 England caps) but for 08 I cant seem to get the best out of him.

He is great but he is still young,try to loan him for 2 seasons and he will back with some expiriences in first team...

I loaned him to Middlesbourgh and he made a slight improvement and became a wonderkid in the first 5 months.

When he comes back im going to get Asamoah Gyan to tutor him!!
