I ma fed up with this baloney. What is the best approach for this. if you praise him you get slack from your team and if you don't the guy does one over you by scoring all playing well. What do you do?

If dangermen bother you, you can always target them in the match with individual instructions.

You don't have to say anything about him. Just leave it and get on with the game, thats what I do.

Check out the "Communication & Pyschological Warfare" thread in T+T. I think we've put in that compact version about dangerman and basically saying that you should only comment on him if he's nervous about the game and/or has poor morale.
