Chances are it will be regens but there are players who will be class in 7 years time. Henri Saivet... Sakho, you know, the ones everyone's been talking about lol.

They could be past their peak.. i dunno lol. Its late and i really can't be bothered to do the math

Sorry mate but this is too far into the future. If it was 2010 then there would be some players to mention. Anyway in 2015 there's Bojan, Adu.. any player with -10 PA.

In my experience players like Briand, Michael Woods and Kerlon tend to be world beaters by 2011 onwards.
