yes, Torje goes quite low... had him with a middle Championship team. but think you'll have to buy him quickly.

can't recall their teams but think Batan is a Swede and Bjarnason is from Norway. both less then 20k in first season. helped get me to the Prem, and the fans were delighted with their form all year

Here's a few. All have a PA of at least 150 and a CA of over 110, all are aged between 20 & 28 and have wages less than 10k. Obviously there's a few in here that won't go to lower leagues and will have high wage demands.
