This is Andreasen. Have highlighted the stat of concern.

Most of his stats look great. It's 2010, I'm Leeds in the Prem. Last season I finished 10th but won the League cup so i'm in Europe and therefore have a decent squad. Andreasen is my captain. The players like him, but he has lost me 4 of my 10 matches so far.

He just dallies on the ball while there are options to pass to. I thought it was my "direct" style of play which served me well coming up from Div 1 and through the Champ, and when I switch to "Short" passing there seem to be more options. But he still does it.

Any way I can get him to stop?

Like the title says, is it a bug, is it my tactics, or do his stats have severe weaknesses that mean he will always do this?

Meant to say, the screenie is from early in the season. He's been getting 6s of late.

Does he also have the "Dwells On The Ball" preferred move?

If he does, then I don't think there's any way you'll be able to stop him from doing that?
If he's performing badly, you can always criticize him to the media, he might start performing then.

I wouldn't want a player in defence or defensive midfield that had 6 in decisions

Yup, his decision making is to blame for this. I've had several players with low decision making and they always seem to get caught in possession when playing in midfield.

lol true. Although in the championship and lower its hard to find a player with high mentality. Especially in those important areas like decision making
