I started a new game as Newcastle United.
So i'm in my first season.

I have bought Wijnaldum, Torje, Piatti & Stancu.
(all of whom are below 20)

I heard these guys are amazing but....
What do you do with them first season?

Do you stick them straight in the first team?
Or do you play them in the reserves for a while?
Or send them to a feeder club or out on loan?

I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place!
But any help is appreciated!

Is it a better idea to leave these kids at their clubs and wait till they come good to buy them. (albeit probably for more £)

Or is it possible for them to become just as good playing for me from the start?

loan them out to ur feeder clubs to get them some games under their belts and when they come back stick them in the reserves for 1 or 2 seasons and use them sparingly say for example in FA cups or league cups games and their stats will start climbing. thats the best way for me.
