Hi guys! Took over wigan to avoid relegation in the first season. Never did i expect us to do so well to SNATCH the title from man utd, it was a 2 horse race and i got 79points where as man utd got 78. Won the title on the very last game of the season.

I'm 24 games into season 2 now sitting on first position and 7 points adrift liverpool. looking to strengthen my first team. any advice will be muchly appreciated. Thanks =)

i'd sign felipe, a young brazilian goaly, wonderkid on my one now, guilherme a young brazilian striker, simao usually gets transfer listed ccos he doesnt play enough games, iago, as boro got relegated i would have got woodgate for about 10m if i were you, but i bet hes already left, if not, boulharouz usually gets transfer listed, so hes a good option.

hi brando, how do you use Julius Agahowa? Ive bought Haynes and Torje as well. Torje has more goals than both of them combined.

What's with Andy VDM and Anderson Silva?

They're both Championship players, VDM gets tired walking out on to the bloody pitch.

i often pair him up with heskey upfront and put heskey as target man to the head. heskey is a big frame guy and he normally assists aghahowa by heading for him. its a great combination. at times i would pair haynes with aghahowa and set them as target men for run onto balls which prove good as they've got plenty of pace to run the defence ragged.

Any suggestions on SOLID defenders? Breno is one good guy on the pitch that i have but the likes of boyce, bramble, granqvist, fitz hall and andy webster are not good enough for a pair of great CBs. my defence is rather leaky and i need a strong defender to suit in. preferably young and english. by the way, anyone had any chance of selling bramble, hall, webster or boyce? i've got trouble selling bramble at 3million!

thats the thing, i was desperate for a DM when flamini SNUBBED ME! so everton came up and said hey! anderson silva for sale at 200k, i jumped at it. same goes for VDM, koumas was injured, coterill on long term loan without a recall option, everton offered VDM to me for 325k and i took him in. by rights standard, VDM is performing well for me but not like so for silva, hes passing IS HORRID. very much often gives the ball away to oppositions quicker than i could say 'ABC' but lucky for kirkland or breno, i always get saved. any quality ones up for grabs?

felipe got snapped up by inter for 20million likewise guilherme - 30million now. simao is 29 years old not much a liking for me, i love young players. i tried luring iago but he didnt wanna come to wigan sadly. woodgate has gone to chelsea. boulharouz is transfer listed but chelsea wont let him go for less than 20million, an amount i feel issnt worth it for him plus hes 27 years old.

also.. should i sell dave coterill? i've found and realised that i've alot of right wingers.. torje, VDM, coterill, jason koumas. i should be needing more left wingers as i've onli got kilbane though hes quality.. ive another left winger coming in on a free transfer. huszti from hannover. anybody have experiences with him?
