First of all I am Steaua in 2010
Let's say I already won everything in the world every year and I am already the richest club in the world (400 million euro) -without cheating
my stadium is a State of the art and it has a youth academy, and I have 7 star coaches, but I have some problems
1)I want my club reputation to grow like Real Madrid I have 7000 or so and they have 10000
How can I raise my club reputation?
2)can't get no wonderkids or world-class players
I signed a wonderkid (Armand Traore) he was 20 and he reverted his wonderkid ability
and I have lots of players with potential
How can I train wonderkids and world-class players at my team?(Steaua)
3)my stadium has State of the Art yet no youngster spawned in these years has potential over 170
Tips and Hints to get young superstars from my Youth Academy? like 190 potential ability?
4)I have lots of money but the board doesn't want to make the arena bigger or to build a new arena
and in 2010 I am not favourite personnel though I am the best in the world, won everything
I want a stadium with my name
in the same league Pandurii are building a stadium with the name of their favourite personnel Emil Sandoi it's gonna be name Sandoi Arena
How can I get a new Stadium?? with my name if it is possibly

1. You'll need to make some big name signings and have some feeder clubs in countries like USA, Japan & China. And it takes a while before your club can achieve the sort of fame R.Madrid has. 3 years is certainly not enough even if you win everything. Also the fact that you are in a country and league which is not very popular makes it an even bigger job to match their fame.
2. What do you mean you cant get any wonderkids or world-class players? You mean you cant make them come to you? If thats the case, then its probably because your club is not big enough yet. Also because your club is in a country whose league standard is not the best. Italy, England & Spain are the 3 best and possibly Germany. Everywhere else you tend to have a little problem signing the best players in the world. You'll need to continue playing for another 2-3 years before you can achieve this aim I think.
3. Its pot-luck how many great players you have coming through your academy. And again it also has to do with the country you are in. Romania is not particularly well know for producing outstanding players in a regular basis. So the frequency you get 180+ PA players in your team would be very less. And on top of that, its highly unlikely that you'll be getting such great youth at your club every year. It doesnt happen in the best of countries. One 190+ PA player every 4-5 years is realistic and not more imo. It'd be pretty pointless if you have a 190+ PA player in your youth academy every year dont you think?
4. You cant force them to build an arena in your name. You cant even force them build one period. And again, 3 years is not enough for you to be their favourite son. Maybe after 5-6 years you could start dreaming of that. You need to be plenty patient. Also, not sure about this, but it might be that they'll only build a stadium in your name once you've retired. Like I said, not sure about this.

1) Your club reputation won't go up very much purely because you're in a poor league.
I agree though if you're winning everything in Europe it should be a bit higher but you'll never be up there with Real Madrid because they're in a much more watched league, and a have a hugely successful history to build on.
2) This goes back to reputation - whilst they may well be seen as wonderkids in terms of ability, a wonderkid is typically a young player who is really well hyped - and player for a club like Steaua, even the best players won't be that well known or hyped up.
3) Luck. Also try to sign as many 16 year olds when they first come into the game. But getting them coming through the ranks is just luck and doesn't happen very often.
4) You probably don't have enough supporters or attendances to warrant building a new stadium, or the board doesn't see it as beneficial enough to do it. If you keep winning for a few more seasons and growing the clubs reputation, this will change, but its not an instant process.

well thanks for the replies but I forgot to mention I am the national manager too and I won all the trophies with the national side too and I have another user in the same game and the second user plays Farul(a team from the same league the team where Hagi emerged) so basically I play with 2 teams but Farul is not a feeder club for Steaua. They both go to CL,anyway my point is that Romania is number 1 in the world charts and number 3 in the nation coefficients with 4 teams in Champions League
so I think the league is not so poor
if that how can I raise the league reputation?

Sounds like Bull to me... Romania getting 3 teams in Europe after only 3 years? Getting them 3rd in the Coefficients in 3 years? hardly considering you only get that buy winning games and 3 years only has 1 World cup and 1 Euro cup.
If you can prove me wrong then please do but it just seems a little far fetched to me lol
