Doing my head in during solo games and online (ask the LLaMa Clan).

In the last 9 League games we've drawn 7, every single one with the oppo goalie MoM.

I pray it's fixed in FM2005

That's why I can't wait. That and the fact I lost my 03-04 Cheltenham save this weekend and don't have the heart to start a new one so close to FM release.

Btw, seamus, how are you planning to buy FM? I was going to wait for WSM on the shelves, but it looks like a long wait is in store a la EHM. I think I'll be ordering online.

I await it eagerly, I gave up on CM03/04 a while back and have been spending my time on Hearts of Iron and more recently Rome Total War.
I am desparate to get back to my true love of managing some needy football team.

I have ordered online (a few weeks ago) and drive home eagerly every night now waiting for it to be delivered as sometimes new games can be delivered a few days in advance of the official date.

Really? Are they delaying the US release? EHM is just out in stores here now, which is something around a 6 month delay. Where did you see that info?

If that's the case, I'll order from gogamer.com, which is a US based etailer. I've ordered the last few versions from them. It's the import version for a reasonable enough price $44 with 2-day shipping from California. I'll investigate further.

Not heard anything of a delay for the US release. Mind you, as far as we were concerned, EHM was due in the US on time, and everyone would have known about it and everyone would have had enough stock. Some mixup apparently, in the process of being corrected now.

I've never seen a goalie get MoM - it's always Big Fat Striker© or Fast Wee Winger©, even when my goalie makes more saves than I've had beefburgers, he never gets MoM (this is FM btw, never played CM0304)

I more meant that EHM was pushed back in North America some 6 months from the European and UK release. Not that it was "delayed" from it's scheduled release date. Granted there was the digital download.

Might that be similar for FM? Or is it expected to come just a few weeks later? Or still no idea yet?

As far as I know, the USA version of FM was originally planned for a few weeks later. I think EHM did miss it's scheduled date in North America, though I'm not sure if we ever went public with that date. It was ready to go on the same date as the European release but we were asked to hold off for marketing - seems to have backfired a bit.

Don't worry about the mods, they're all in my pocket. If there's every anything you need, just bypass them like donald does :cool:

Backfired a bit? How's that? You mean by the fact that there's no NHL season now.

I know the "delays" EHM went through as I did research for the game. And there was no marketing to be seen here at all. Shame really. Hope the same thing doesn't happen with FM or rather Worldwide Soccer Manager, but I've now placed my order with gogamer.com.
