Default Building up U-18s and U-21s

Hello,

Cobh Ramblers are poor.
How to build up U-18s?
Your advice puh-lease.

I am new to (but very much enjoying) the LLM way, playing the Cobh Ramblers in the Irish First Division. I was wondering if anyone had any insights that they could share about how LLM managers should best go about building up decent youth programs. How does building up your U-18s and U-21s differ for LLM managers? Certainly I am not looking to violate the LLM rules (other than the one forbidding haiku) by asking about specific players--rather, I am interested in learning something more about the philosophies and strategies of putting together decent LLM youth squads.

Thanks.

I'm too busy concerning myself with not getting the first team relegated, which isn't working at the moment.

And we don't really give tips or advice either.

Helpful hint: drop the deadwood, keep the good ones. And get annoyed because the guys you dropped become world class players. Easy as that.

Never paid any attention to the reserve and U-19 squads, probably never will. Any youngster who i think has a future gets a chance in the first team. The deadwood is relegated to the reserves and stays there until i an con someone into buying them.

You'll get the hang of it.

Everyone deals with their u-18s in their own way. Stick around. You might like it here.

As for advice, seamus has given as much as we feel we can offer without spoiling the experience for you.
