You'll find out looking at rules, by changing the view on the league screen you can look at the rules for that league.

No matches but at least I bought the Cherry Beer and Marshmallows this time.

As for the original question, just to avoid arguements, Winner of Conference South/North are automatically promoted, Then the winners of Conference South/North Playoffs, playoffs decided from teams placed 2-5 at end of season in both divisions, play eachother for the third promotion spot.
