Ah Dawlish, know it well. Lived most of my life in Plymouth before relocating to Thailand via Nepal. According to your website the team's doing just fine, but I only glanced.
Anyway as I said, I'm still waiting for my copy of the full game to arrive so I can load up my gold savegame and carry on. Anyone else playing BPA on the full game yet?

Myself and my flatmate are playing as Stalybridge and BPA respectively. (as they were the bottom two IRL when we started the game)
BPA looks like a hellish job, but he's doing okay

As my home town team, I thought I would give them a go. Just starting my second season in the Conf. North after finishing 5th. There are a number of players missing from the actual team, especially the GK. |

Yep, I'm playing and not actually doing too bad, I'm currently 4th in the NCNF after playing 8 games.
The thing that's letting me down is My sub striker is playing in goals as no keeper will sign for me!!
Loving the challenge!

Actually one of the greyed out keepers did alright for me until I got a loanee in. Might do better with him then a striker.
Anyhoo, finally got the full game today - here I go..... |

Finally got my copy of the full game yesterday and decided to restart my BPA career. This time on large database I have attracted some 20 triallists They're mostly doing pants in the friendlies - I got stuffed by my reserves and they're all greys, but I guess I'll have to sign half of them anyway.
Funniest thing was I rigged up my first friendly at Chelski. Didn't have any triallists, AssMan of anything at that point. 0-17 - sweet!
Peacemaker - that true??

How can a true llama manage BPA and Chelsea at the same time?? :o
Anyway, in my second season as BPA manager, as player revolts ruined my season, plus some dodgy signings, I only managed 16th - least I stayed up. Roll on 2006/07!!
