Definitely needs tweaking. In my demo game with Bradford Park Avenue I set the guys on hard tackling and by the end of the six months was top of the table by a country mile for yellow and red cards - but over 50% of those were for dissent, not bad tackles.

It's not an exclusively LLM issue though, but having said that we have the most paper-thin squads. I hope it is sorted in the patch.
