Managing my beloved Southport (not the toughest LLM team I must admit but a challenge nonetheless)... however I can give them a go again after losing them in the last round of CM games after relegation from the Conference in 2003, but now we've got the Conference North!
However, when I started we hadn't got a coach on the books (probably not even the four wheel variety either!) and my wage budget is practically spent, and I won't be able to get one without overspending. So... I'm toying with the idea of myself and my Asst. Manager doin' all the coaching.
Not come across this situation before and was wondering if it's common and if so, is it likely to backfire and have adverse affects in the longer term (the proof will be in the testing I suppose!)
