It should really be a GQ thing, but I supose I could as well give you a general layout.

IIRC Other includes travel expenses, tea lady wages, kits costs and every kind of odd stuff which wouldn't make it into the other descriptions...

Perhaps non-playing staff wages also went there

PaulC posted all the things that were covered by this thing some time ago in GQ, but damned if I can recall all of them.

Your club turned Pro, didn't it. After that other expense goes up very much, as it did in 03/04.
