Their rep would be Continental because they were a European Competition Team up until a couple of seasons ago.
Only time and success will eventually bring them up to pro.
Incidentally, their reputation would exclude them from being managed by any experienced LLaMa...as exemplified by your meteoric rise through the Divisions, if you're playing to the LLM Ethics.
