Strictly speaking, making the assumption that you didn't deliberately get your scouts to look at him, he's fair game. I have no clue who you're talking about anyway. But if you know him to be a R***** K**** or T* M****** then you'll probably feel cleaner leaving him alone.

Never happened to me (as most of my friends have grown up and stopped playing computer games ) but, personally, if your scout has genuinely found the player - trial him. The fact your non-LLM friend raves about him is neither here nor there.
