Certainly does, I have never managed Spurs and refuse to do so forever and ever on all future FM versions...even if I had to manage them to save my life! I also try and manage a team from somewhere I have a connection with, although I do count this as being I've been past whilst on the train! Scraping the ol' barrell I know but its difficult to find teams other than Brighton from these parts!

I try and pick up any Australian players I can. I also refuse to buy players of a certain nationality or play against teams from that country.
