Slightly confusing incident for me.
I am playing as Moor Green. First season I finished 11th in the Conference North. 2nd season begins and I find myself in the conference south. I looked over the rules of the league (ingame) and it didnt mention anything....and by looking at the table it looks like none of the other teams have switched...it doesn't really affect me, I am just curious to know if it was supposed to happen or not?

Aye, it's geographical. Equal numbers of Northern (sic.) Clubs in the North as Southern (sic.) Clubs in the South.
Moor Green's about the middle so are "flexible".

interesting though, because Redditch Town were switched in mine. I had assumed that it would be Worchester who were switched through being furthest south, must be some strange distance to nearest club calculation.

To be fair, Ian had 15 minutes to probably double check his facts and formulate a clear, concise answer. It took you 15 minutes to say "Yes".

Seen it happen to Kettering as well. Mind you, I play Barrow who have spent 4 years in the LDV South section!

I think I read that SI have clubs exact geographical locations (longitude and latitude?) details in the database, so I expect this calculates who, if anyone, switches from the Conference North to South and vice versa.

Hmmm, Gravesend just won my Conference North, they are south of the team i'm managing in the Conference South, not sure the geography is quite perfect yet
unless there is another Gravesend that is not in Kent
