Quick question, how long in the game do you play or wait before you start having clubs approach you to be their manager?
I am the manager of a Scottish Div 2 club, won the league last season although we were only expected to get a safe mid table position. Now i am sitting in 2nd place in Div 2 and have won the Scottish League Challenge cup though we were expected to battle against relagation.
So my question is how long would i expect to wait before clubs begin to approach me and is it better to wait for someone to approach you or should you apply for jobs you have not been linked with?
