if your managing a club, just go to the job center and see if there are any international teams looking for a manager and apply. u might not get the job if u haven't won some cups and such.

or u can just start a new game and start with a international team

Or just wait till one offers you the job.

If you feel like cheating you can do the following:

1) Go to add user and start your new user as the manager of a national team.

2)Retire the new user

3) Go to the same countries main screen and press apply for job and hope you get it!
