Ben Mann is infamous around these parts
Default Australian A-League

I'm at the end of first season with Sydney FC, won the league, but now all the players want improved contracts. These won't fit in the salary cap. Has anyone played it and does the salary cap increase ans well as squad size significantly in the future??

If a player wants 2k a week offer him 500-750 and make up the rest and a little more with the incentives, the incentives don't count towards the cap.
I did that in FM07 and pretty much halved the salary cap money, the clubs make enough to cover the extra incentives. You end up being able to put together a team twice as good as any other in the A-League.
