i am inter milan i am winning games and r giving the usual team talks like brilliant performance and well done
but most of my players have a slight concern of they think i am not giving enough credit can somebody help me undertsand wat they r on about

If a player is having excellent form, it helps to go to his player interaction and praise him, then he feels like he's getting enough credit.

Also, sticking up for your team when opposing managers say you have no chance, etc. helps (I'm pretty sure)

I had the same problem with Leeds in my first season. Praised the team after wins, and said dissapointing etc after draws and loses (mostly because i in those games had like 5-10 times ass many shots on goal as my opponent). I then tried to sympathyse eith my players if they lost of drawed in a game where they where bare far the best, and the suddenly stoppet complaining.
