my mates girlfriend once told me it's the little things that count. He's never lived that one dowm but anyway i have a few little suggestions for the future and as i'm bored i'm going to share them with you.
* A review of the contract offered to a player
- sometimes you offer 3 or 4 guys contracts at a time and end up losing track of who you offered what so being able to click into the player and see what you offered him would be handy at times.
** Cancellation of subs
-- On occasions where you have made the subs in the tactics page they can take a few minutes to happen. In that time things can happen; sending off's, goals etc so like real life managers may change the substitution they had planned or may pull out of making a sub all together
*** Player meetings
--- Most clubs today have a few players who act as reps that when things occur they meet with the manger and discuss it. This has sort of been done when a team isn't doing well but it could be taken a bit further.
**** Setting up of youth academies, and the existance of current youth academies.
---- These would give more scope as to where your younger players come from before entering your u19's etc.
***** The relationships between clubs needs to be expanded more. Temas have their rival clubs but the game doesn't seem to allow you to develop other issues with clubs.
----- E.G. if you have pulled out of buying a player from a club a few times they are likely to become wary of dealing with you in the future.
****** Crowd reactions to what's happened in a game to give a better indication of decisions made by the ref during the game and i'm sure i've read this elsewhere on here but a wee line across the pitch for offsides to give a indication of whether it's right or wrong.
------ This may help managers be a bit more reasonable and give a better chance of deciding on what is said to the press instead of what at times seems like total guess work.
Anyway thanks for reading my ramblings and feel free to add more or pick some faults or whatever. I'm tired and off to bed.
