I started a game as Newcastle.
So i'm in my first season.

I have bought Torje, Piatti & Stancu.
(all of whom are below 20)

I heard these guys are amazing but....
What do you do with them first season?

Do you stick them straight in the first team?
Or do you play them in the reserves for a while?

I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place!
But any help is appreciated!

First team football seems to make players develop faster than just training, or reserve matches.

I say stick them straight in! Be daring! If there are places available on your bench, give them the chance as substitutes.

Alternatively, if you can find a club where they will play first team football in the Championship, perhaps that would be a good decision as well.

I'm Cardiff on almost all of my games and those three go straight into the first team. Both Piatti and Stancu were the top goal-scorers the Championship in my first season.

yeh, i get my youngsters goind to either championships clubs, or, foreign clubs, example: zeefuik went to gretna, improving rapidly, and is joint top scorer in EPL, im getting him back next season lol, wijnaldum, playing fine for Atalanta in Italy, scores crackers from time to time and is starting to cement a first team place now for them, saivet, at nottingham forrest now, barca and madrid(etc are offering around 7-8m for him, im rejecting though, cos hes vital for the future for me, and, if im gonna sell him, its gonna be when hes most valuable., or just finished his peak.

cheers lads. i just didn't know what to do with them to get the best out of them. i've got wijnaldum aswell now. i'll send them packing to some some other clubs for a bit. cheers!
