Uncommitted U21

I was playing a game as Ghana (which I have finished now as I lost in the Semis in the 2010 WC and I resigned) but one thing I have noticed is that some U21 who have no chance of playing for their National teams are currently listed as committed to that team. I wanted to get some Ghanaian German U21s to get Capped as Ghanaian so I can commit them.

Somehow they were committed to the German National team... why?

this was not only in Germany... i saw this elsewhere!

Also in my game, Chelsea bought some guy named Pandev for 70,000,000 then my game went unsaved then Chelsea bought him again for 65,000,000

I can definitely say this guy is not worth that much!
