My comments about this action script:
1) One annoying thing is that it sets tool to pencil after each run, when I would need Marquee tool to process next image, small thing, but wold save time for ~60 picture facepacks.
2) Another thing: when I run the last 2 steps of script (layer transparency, it only allows me to save as PSD - photoshop internal format) instead of PNG. How can I cope with my problem (right now I deleted these 2 steps as I did not see any difference in result)?

But anyway, this tool is better than set of these I created myself.

Well it's a bit different to that as I've not really used any of the other packages and don't know exactly how to do it so can't provide any instructions on how to do it.

More details will be provided when I get the time to write proper guides and stuff but I've been tied up with other stuff and haven't been able to complete them.
