Default What size should I make my competition logos (Premiership, FA Cup etc)?

After a bit of experimentation, in order to make sure they don't look too big and start encroaching in the text area etc, I've guessed that max realistic width in pixels is 100, and max height 50. Would anyone agree with this?

It depends on the skins and the shape of the logo, but generally you can go upto a width of 150 or a height of 58 pixels.

Though no matter what size you make the logos there will always be at least one player, competition or club who's text will cover the logos. (World Cup qualification screens etc...)
