Whenever I’m looking for an update it’s such a chore trying to find the right one. Going through the forum takes a while since there’s loads of threads without editors and even when you find one you have to go through each thread individually to find out what it offers.
So I thought it might be a good idea to have an index of the editors available along with a brief description of what has been altered. That way you could tell at a glance which ones you’d be interested in then able to have a further look.
I was thinking of people adding to the thread giving the following details:
Editor Name:
Author:
Last updated:
Transfers updated: (Worldwide or league specific)
Attributes altered: (Yes / No)
Leagues updated (relegation, promotion etc.): (Yes / No)
Reputations updated: (Yes / No)
Finances updated: (Yes / No)
Link to editor thread:
Link to editor download:
Obviously it would need a bit moderating to make sure that it gets updated and there aren’t a load of posts asking questions. The way I see it the thread should only consist of the information above and any questions about editors placed in the appropriate thread.
Anyone think this is a good idea or know of any other categories which we should be asking for?
The editor that comes with the game is a 'pre-game' editor and changes made in it will only take effect in a new game.
However, 'in-game' editors (like FMM) are available and these can be used to make changes whilst the game is being played (hence the name).
