If i uncheck this option (Public Limited Company) will I be excused from having to pay dividends each year? If not, is there any other way to avoid these payments.

I mean, when you make a profit of 10M, you're not going to pay your shareholders 20M, are you?

I've simmed a season with this option unchecked and there were no dividend payments. However, there were a lot of "other" expences (32M instead of 14M at another game with the same club).

Does anyone know if there is a relationship between these two?

A Private Limited Company (Ltd) still has to pay dividends to shareholders.

there is a constant income from shareholders... if your paying them 20 mill they probably input something simlilar.. hense increasing the value of your club
