I am playing on Fm2008 and bored of english league and wonder if the save file can be edited to add more leagues to be run???

Sounds easy i think

No - sorry about that mate, but once you start a game, there's no way to add more leagues into the mix. You gotta start over.

is there a way of transfering your tactics that you have made and your game profile as 4 i dont want the 4 days of playing lost lol

Yeah - on your tactics screen you can Export them. Then, in the new game, Import them back in.
