Which one you think is better to use, individual or global? With what type of mentality you've managed to get your best results?

I use a combination, namely ST(s) and GK - individual, everybody else - global. The reason is no matter what tactic you use, you don't really want your GK to take risk, and you still want your ST(s) to score. Everybody else should adapt the team style. But it really depends on other instructions you give your players.
