More information on tempo+passing style
Passing Style and Tempo are inrevoccably linked.
If you wish to play a direct passing game, you need a higher tempo as the whole idea is to get the ball up the field as quick as possible.
If you want to play a more Arsenal-esque style (although that's seriously not recommended that low down) then you need short passing and a slow tempo.

Let us know how it goes for a while, a few games really isnt a good measure of success. So far I havn't really had a problem with my passing style, as most players have their own instructions and the team style has little effect.

Testing this formation with Liverpool. So far so good.
Top of Premier League after 10 matches. 8 wins, 2 draws. Best results are: A marvellous 1-0 victory at Stamford Bridge after a last minute Torres screamer and a massive 3-0 victory at Goodison.
Only one defeat so far as we lost 1-3 away to
Sevilla in CL. Still top of the group, though.
Will post some screenies from this first season later on. I haven't learned how to do it yet. Any tips, any guides in forum. Haven't had the time to check properly.
