I am running 8.01 and have started as MK Dons in League 2. After 13 games, I was not having much success

P 13 - W 4 - D 3 - L 6 - F 22 - A 21 - PTS 15

so I decided to test some of the tactics from the forum. I used the Holiday option fro each tactic for 14 games ad here are my results

4-5-1 Narrow

P 14 - W 9 - D 1 - L 6 - F 27 - A 14 - PTS 31

The Best 4-4-2

P 14 - W 7 - D 0 - L 7 - F 19 - A 21 - PTS 21

Benny 1

P 14 - W 6 - D 3 - L 5 - F 19 - A 16 - PTS 21

Beautiful Start

P 14 - W 5 - D 5 - L 4 - F 27 - A 27 - PTS 18

Croat Home

P 14 - W 3 - D 6 - L 5 - F 16 - A 17 - PTS 15


I think for specific teams all of the above are excellent tactics, but for MK Dons at lEAGUE 2 LEVEL, 4-5-1 Narrow is clearly 'The Don'so well done NCFCGEE the originator.

Anybody else done similar testing?

The 4-5-1 Narrow should be 10 wins, 1 draw 4 defeats, I can't type ;-)

4-5-1 Narrow was W 9, D4 , L1

Def seems like 4-5-1 formations are better with the 08 version, all my mates are finding the same
