It is crazy...every match the AI Gk is MoM(man of the match).people say that the tactic is not god?!?! what???how this is posible???you all have right if user team has no shots...but when you have 20+ or even 30+ and your world class strikers score 1 or 2 or sometimes even a big 0 ...this is CRAZY...end ai from 10 or even lesser shot score 2 or 3?!?! work SI boys on that or my money are lost in the future(FM2008 in BIN). ****

Here's a breif overveiw:
It's just liek real life, if you have alot of long shots, of high pressure shots when your striker don't have much space time then the shots are gunna be rubbish. Saving rubbish shots is not onlyeasy but it increases the keepers confidence and basically puts him on a role.
Even bad keepers for rubbish teams (take hanamann for example) make ALOT of saves in a game. Top keepers actually usually make very few saves as they are barely ever tested due to their defence.
So IT IS your tactic, your playing at too high a tempo and not creating genuinly good chances for your strikers....just cos you're pumaling the goal with loads of shots dosnt mean you should be scoring.
Only way I found success was to fall back, play defensive, let your own keeper save lots of unrealistic shots and then push on attacking later. It annoys me to play such a style as alot of teams in real life don't.
