Getting a 10 rating
Do anybody's players ever get a 10 rating? I can't remember any of my players getting a 10 on FM08. It seemed to happen quite a bit on FM07.
I've had games where Aguero has scored 4 goals and terrorised the opposition all game but only got a 9.

Well, if a player generally scored 4 or more goals, he tends to get a 10 rating. Not if you lose the match though. The reason Aguero didnt get a 10 scoring 4 might be because he made a mistake during the game? Like maybe he gave the ball away to the opposition very cheaply which lead to a goal or atleast the went very close?

I have had a few 10's...but there are very few.
Except for most GK's that play against me...for some reason!!!!

in my fourth season in the league newcastle hammered sunderland 9-1, owen got a hat trick and got a rating of 10 and so did smith who also got a hat trick (im leeds by the way)

Only seen one 10 and that happened when my striker scored 4 goals against bottom of the table in the league cup 3rd round. It seems generally to happen if your player scores 4+ goals and makes no silly mistakes.

i never got any before i got that 8.0.1 patch but ive played out one season in the championship and my strikers have gotten a few between them, no one else though. is it just me or does the rating system favour those who score the goals?
