Do you have to include the home league of the country to get newgens from them in the future, and/or include them as additional teams? If you just have a few leagues active will newgens be dispersed realistically across the world as the game goes on?

i'm thinking yes mate, the game generates every season new regens mate, no problem with that

I have a game in 2010 where the only newgens come from England, France, Spain, Italy etc (The leagues that are playable). There aren't really any newgens from other countries. Is there a way to fix this?

There'll be regens in every country mate even if you've not loaded the league of that country. The only difference is that they'll be much fewer. So that reduces your chance of getting high quality ones as well. But they'll be there for sure.

And no, once you're in the game you cant load another league up. You have to do it at the start of the game itself.

If it was like that some national teams would have no players at all.
